Zagora, Erg Chegaga, Taroudant & Essaouira 5 Days Tour

Depart Marrakech in the morning and cross the High Atlas Mountains via the Tizi n'Tichka pass. Stop at Ait Ben Haddou, a UNESCO World Heritage site, to explore the historic kasbah and have lunch. Continue through Ouarzazate and along the Draa Valley, with its palm groves and traditional kasbahs, to Zagora for the night.

After breakfast, drive to M'Hamid El Ghizlane, the gateway to the Sahara, then continue by 4x4 through the desert to Erg Chegaga, one of Morocco's largest and most remote dune fields. Camel ride and sunset over the dunes, dinner and overnight at a desert camp.

Wake early for sunrise over the Sahara. After breakfast, leave Erg Chegaga by 4x4 towards Foum Zguid and drive through the Anti-Atlas Mountains to Taliouine, famous for its high-quality saffron. Continue to Taroudant, known as Little Marrakech for its red ochre walls and traditional souks. Overnight in Taroudant.

After breakfast, explore Taroudant's historic medina and city walls, then drive towards Agadir through the Souss Valley and its argan forests. Continue north along the Atlantic coast to Essaouira and explore the medina, port, Skala and souks. Overnight in Essaouira.

Free morning in Essaouira to walk the medina, visit the fishing port or relax by the beach. Later, drive back to Marrakech through the argan tree landscapes, arriving in the afternoon.
